Electric heater
available separately or included inside the ‘DIY Kit’ melts the 1.8kgs of crack filler in about 10-15 minutes, without the need to stir the filler, making it a much safer process. This specialized heater is the faster heating device for viscous material heating. The whole heating process is really easy to operate. Built in temperature sensor protects the sealant against overheating.
LANE Micromelter
is a proffesional gas heated device for sealing the vehicle detector loop grooves. “LANE’Micromelter keeps the filler liquefied and is equipped with hand controlled slider valve and steel screed for striking off the sealant in uniform width.
Refill pack
Refill packs are available to purchase separately and are easy to use. Simply take the refill from the box and pop it, with its plastic wrapper, into the kettle or Micromelter and repeat the heating process, they melt quickly and are very fast ready to use.

Choosing the appropriate one helps you to achieve perfect results and the sealant short time after application becomes temperature resistant, will not become sticky when exposed to high temperatures and will not crack in cold temperatures.
